1.8 Properties: Hexagonal boron nitride is white, soft and smooth powder that could be similar to the properties of the graphite so as to be known as white graphite. It has excellent properties, such as high electrical insulation, high thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and good lubricating ability. In addition, it has corrosion resistant to all melting metals. Its oxidation resistance temperature can reach 1000℃, and can reach 3000℃  when it be used in nitrogen and argon. The shape of hexagonal boron nitride, which oxidation resistance temperature of can reach 2000℃,, is the white bulk after the high-temperature sintering and easy to be machining.

3. Application: Hexagonal boron nitride could be extensively used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, mechanic, electronics, electric, textiles, nuclear, space, etc. It has been used as the additives of plastic resin, the insulators of high-voltage high-frequency point and plasma arc, the solid-phase mixed material of semiconductor, the structural material of atomic reactor, the packing material for preventing neutron radiation, the solid lubricant, wear-resisting material and benzene absorbent, etc. The mixture of titanium diboride, titanium nitride and boron oxide, which is obtained by hot-pressing forming of boron nitride and titanium, used as the catalyst for dehydrogenation of organic matters and rubber synthesis. In high temperature, it could be used as the specific materials of electrolysis and electric resistance, and hot sealing agent of transistor. It is the container material of aluminum evaporation. The powder could be also used as the tack inhibitor for micro glass beads, the mold-release agent of glass and metal.

Use: 1) Electronics cooling, ceramic sintering, protective coatings and sheaths, lubricant additives, cosmetics fillers.
2)When used as a cooling filler in a variety of resin systems, boron nitride powder is required good heat dissipation, low dielectric loss, and low thermal expansion.
3) Resistant to and non-wet by most molten metals, slags and drosses, boron nitride coatings can be used in a reducing atmosphere.
4) Boron Nitride machinable ceramic is made by hot pressing Boron Nitride powders at high temperature and pressure.
5) Boron nitride is used as high-temperature greases and oils, anti-seize compounds, dielectric greases, release agents for gaskets and seals.
6) Boron nitride cosmetics filler is a dielectric ceramic powder that remains on the skin's surface, offering a transparent and photo-stable layer of protection for skin care actives.

4. Safety instructions: Physically inert, but boron nitride powder is toxic by ingestion, inhalation, eye and skin contact, which may cause skin, respiratory system, liver, kidney and the circulatory system damage. Be handled with rubber gloves, a respirator and eye protection.
5. Packing: Aluminum foil bag lined with plastic bag, net weight 1kg per bag.
6. Storage: Stored in a cool and ventilated place. Keep sealed. The shelf life is 12 months after manufactured date. It is still available if the retest results of the properties are qualified after expired date.
7. Transportation:Avoid water and sun-baked during transportation. Do not mix with strong oxidizer.
