The polyvinyl butyral/PVB (annual output of 2,000 tons) project was approved for construction
In July 2019, TANYUN's annual output of 2000 tons of polyvinyl butyral series products passed the project record certification in Hubei.
The commissioning of this project marks TANYUN's focus on R&D, production and application services of low-viscosity polyvinyl butyral. After the new expansion project is put into production, the total production capacity will reach 3,000 tons. There are three production lines to serve users, which can meet the needs of customers for various models and can be customized for customers.
Record certificate of polyvinyl butyral investment project
The project covers an area of 4458 square meters and a building area of 2,800 square meters. The total investment of the project is 85 million yuan, and three fully automated production lines will be newly built. Construction will start in early August 2019, and it is planned to start trial production in May 2020.
