TANYUN overcame the technical difficulties of crystal ferrocene

The company has been engaged in the research of ferrocene and its derivatives for more than 30 years, and has formed a series of more than a dozen models and specifications of burning rate catalysts. This series of products can effectively increase the burning rate of solid propellants and improve the performance of propellant pharmacy. It is an indispensable burning rate regulator for solid propellant charges.
Ferrocene is the main raw material for the burning rate catalyst. Currently, the industry usually adopts traditional production processes. Each ton of product emits 0.8 tons of solid waste, and the hazardous waste treatment fee needs nearly 10,000 yuan per ton. With the joint efforts of all ferrocene project teams, after two years of overcoming technical difficulties, by changing the ferrocene production process, orange-red granular crystals were obtained, with high purity, less impurities, and good dissolving effect. The uniform quality and other characteristics can effectively reduce the damage of dust to the environment and human body, which is beneficial to processing and use.
TANYUN plans to use this new technology and new process to invest in the construction of an intelligent production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons in the Yichang production base to meet the increasingly tight supply demand and the development of high-quality burning rate catalyst.
