1. Physical and chemical properties
1.1 Brief introduction: Titanium diboride has a hexagonal crystal structure. Gray or gray-black powder, tasteless. Excellent overall performance and high hardness. It has excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity. The density is 4.50-4.52, the melting point is 2,980 ℃, the bending strength of hot-pressed titanium diboride is 131.3×106 Pa, and the oxidation resistance temperature in the air is 1,100 ℃.

3. Application: Titanium diboride can be applied to conductive ceramic materials, composite ceramic materials, and armor protection materials. It can also be used as a cathode coating material for aluminum electrolytic cells to extend the life of electrolytic cells; Titanium diboride is a good strengthening agent for Al, Fe, Cu and other metal materials. It can also be made into PTC heating ceramic materials and flexible PTC materials. It has the characteristics of safety, power saving, reliability, easy processing and forming; Titanium diboride has high hardness and can be used in cutting tools, anti-wear materials, and abrasive materials.Due to its good comprehensive performance, it can also be applied to evaporators, military materials, molds, engine parts, seals, sandblasting nozzles, high temperature crucibles, contacts, dispersion enhancers, grain refiners and fillers, etc.

4. Packing: 25 kg/cardboard drum (bulk packaging) or 1 kg/aluminum foil bag (vacuum).

5. Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, ventilated place. The storage temperature should be -20~38℃. The shelf life is 12 months, and it can still be used after passing the re-inspection.
